This Guatemalan Cacao comes from a Mayan women’s collective - the only indigenous and woman run business in their community. The cacao beans are gently toasted over a fire (just enough to loosen the shell), hand peeled, and milled with love by the wonderful women in this collective.

1. bring 4-6 oz of vegan milk to a low heat (do not boil your milk or Cacao to avoid killing beneficial nutrients).
2. For a gentle dose, melt 2 tablespoons of Cacao in the hot milk, stirring often. For a ceremonial dose, use 3-4 tablespoons (approx 1 oz)
3. Make it creamy! Blend the Cacao in a blender or use a handheld frother
